    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pellet useful to the cooling material for high temp. molten steel and the reducing material for steelmaking slag by using a steel-made drinking can as the raw material, integrally mixing steel and aluminum and making a bulk density of the pellet which is obtained by forming into a shape as sphericity or small pieces not lower than a specified value. SOLUTION: The steel drinking can is used as the raw material and the steel and the aluminum are integrally mixed and the bulk density of the pellet obtd. by forming into the shape as the sphericity or the small pieces, is made to be >=0.5 g/cc. The recovered steel can is crushed so as not to separate a body and a cap cover with a rougher compressor to reduce vol. Successively, the outer surface and the inner surface of the steel can is oxidation-treated at the high temp. with a rotary kiln to peelingly remove the surface coating material and an inner surface coat-treating agent. A granulating process is executed with two-step granulating processes, and in the first step granulating process, only rougher granulation is executed so that an Al-can cover part does not separate. In the second step granulating process, wearing-away and cracking are repeated, and finished to a granulated pellet product having the fixed shape and high density.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding gate door which is capable of suppressing the oscillation of a door body around a guide rail and the vibration at a door body stop end around a guide post, and smoothly performing the opening/closing operation of the door body. SOLUTION: A guide post 2 comprises a pair of supports 21 erected with a specified interval along the moving direction of a door body 3, a pair of horizontal rotary rollers to hold an upper end of the door body 3 are provided on an upper end of the supports 21, a support roller abutted on a lower side of the door body 3 is provided on a lower part of both supports 21, a suspension base pillar 4 is erected at the door body suspension base end position in a condition where the door body 3 is moved with a passage part fully opened, at least two guide rails 5 are provided parallel to each other in the vertical position between the guide post 2 and the suspension pillar 4, and a traveling roller projected in the vertical direction of the door body 3 is suspended in a guide groove formed in the guide rail 5.
