摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by connecting the peripheral surfaces of steel pipes to each other continuously in a lengthwise direction, making the lower ends reach the bearing ground, and integrating the head parts by a foundation structure body. SOLUTION: The edges of connecting plates 3 are connected to the peripheral surface of parallel steel pipes 2 to constitute a bearing pile 1. The plates 3 are placed in parallel through spaces, and the lateral edges are welded to the peripheral surface of the steel pipes 2 to form closed space surrounded on all sides by the plates 3 and steel pipes 2. In case of erecting the pile 1, an overlapping continuous excavated hole is provided by an excavator, and the plates 3 are positioned at overlapped parts. The lower ends of the pile 1 is made to reach the bearing ground 5, and the head part is integrated by a foundation structure body 6. Or the peripheral surface of the steel pipes are directly welded to each other in a lengthwise direction, or the steel pipes are connected by one connecting plate. Earthquake resistance can therefore be improved without enlarging the diameter of the steel pipe, and the pile can be easily erected without using a large bore excavator. Manufacturing cost and construction cost of the pile can also be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To rationally conduct excavation by a method wherein the diameters of excavation screws at two ends are increased to a value higher than that of an excavation screw nipped between the excavation screws at two ends. CONSTITUTION:An excavation shaft 2 to which three screws are attached is arranged at an excavator body and a bracing 4 for a screw is mounted. Diameters phiD0 of screws at two ends is increased to a value slightly higher than a diameter phiD of a central screw. Further, in execution of a work, after a pile hole for one element is excavated at a pitch narrowed by an amount equivalent to a lap between the pile holes at two ends of three pile holes, a remaining pile train is excavated in such a state to be lapped with a preceding excavated pile hole.

Then the drilling is performed in a condition that the ends of the preceeding element α and the following element β are not completely lapped, and only the drilled holes on the drilling shaft having a drilling locus outside, are partially overlapped, and the consolidification material is discharged from the discharge ports 22a to the periphery of the overlap.
