Support members 7 each having an opening 13 in a horizontal receiving plate 12 are attached to the lower parts of lateral side surfaces of the support 3. A plate 14 hanging down from the ceiling rail is put in the slit groove. The bottom end of the reinforcement bar 6 is placed on the receiving plate of the support member 7 to insert its locking claw into the opening for their mutual engagement.
