    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blue coloring agent by gold nano fine particles of the quality same as that of a gold hydrosol (gold colloid) widely used as a color material of red to purple.
      SOLUTION: Spiculisporic acid as a biosurfactant (a surfactant produced by an organism) with a tribasic acid type structure derived from an organism, safe and having biodegradability and various alkali salts of the lactone ring opened body thereof are used as a reducing agent of Au
      3+ of a chloroauric acid aqueous solution in the coexistence of monovalent inorganic salts. After reduction reaction, the unreacted biosurfactant and the oxide thereof are adsorbed on gold nano fine particles in the produced gold hydrosol and gold hydrogel so as to stabilize a water dispersion system of the gold nano fine particles. Alternatively, the blue coloring agent is made of a water dispersion system of gold nanofine particles prepared by adding monovalent inorganic salts to a red system gold hydrosol obtained by reducing chloroauric acid by the biosurfactant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose solution which is homogeneous even at a low temperature and to provide a method for producing a fiber produced therefrom.
      SOLUTION: The cellulose fiber is obtained through (A) a step for producing an N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) solution by dissolving 0.01-5 wt.% cellulose powder into a liquid concentrated NMMO in a low concentration, (B) a step for obtaining a homogenized cellulose solution by pouring the NMMO solution in which a small amount of the cellulose powder is dissolved and cellulose powder into a kneader and mixing, swelling and partially dissolving the cellulose without passing through a depressing process in the kneader to prepare paste and feeding the paste into the extruder, (C) a step for obtaining a multifilament by carrying out extrusion spinning of the cellulose solution through a spinning nozzle, feeding the spun material through an air layer into a coagulating bath and coagulating the spun material and (D) a step for washing the multifilament with water and drying the washed multifilament, carrying out treatment of the multifilament with an oil solution and winding the treated multifilament.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate fiber having excellent stretchability and improved heat-set properties; and to provide a method for producing the conjugate fiber.
      SOLUTION: The conjugate fiber having the excellent stretchability and the improved heat-set properties has ≥80% heat set properties after no-load boiling water treatment, and ≤20% rate of change in each of elastic moduli at 10% elongation and elongations at break before and after the heat set while having a high elasticity of ≥50% crimp elongation and ≥70% elastic recovery, and is produced by utilizing different fiber-forming polymers having 5,000-50,000 difference between number average molecular weights, and each 1.5-2.5 molecular weight distribution coefficient. The conjugate fiber produced by this fiber is obtained by minimizing the reduction of processability, functionality and physical properties caused by yarn-bending problems at spinning by minimizing the reduction of the molecular weight, properties of a raw yarn and elongation by reducing retention times of the polymers in a spinning pack, and utilizing a method for sticking strands under a spinning cap to form the fiber into a side-by-side shape having ≤1.2 curved surface deforming index and 1.3-2.5 modified cross section degree at the spinning.

      SOLUTION: The crimp forming conjugate fiber is a side-by-side or an excentric sheath-core type fiber remarkably stable for heat hysteresis, tension and the like given to the fiber in knitting, weaving and dyeing processing. The stretchable conjugate fiber produced by the invention is remarkably excellent in product stability during post processing as the fiber has high stretchability with ≥40% rate of crimp stretch, ≥70% elastic recovery factor, ≥155°C maximum temperature of thermal contraction stress and ≤3% iron shrinkage of the finally processed fabric. Different fiber forming polymers having 5,000-70,000 number average molecular weight difference and 1.5-2.5 molecular weight distribution index in each fiber are used as the polymer.in the invention.
