CONSTITUTION:A molding 11 (a drip moulding) is formed by a lengthy molding material 14 made an extrusion molding so that a decoration material 12 composed of a metal plate combinedly used for the decoration material and the core is covered by a resin part 13. And a cutted part 17 is formed into the resin part 13 so that the cutted part has a different width along in the longitudinal direction corresponding to a part which is made to be the multicolor part 15 of the decorative material 12 together with providing an adhesive layer 16 whose width varies in the longitudinal direction corresponding to a part other than the part which is made to be the multicolor part 15 of the decorative material 12. The molding 11 is mounted on a vehicle drip rail in the condition in which the decoration material 12 and the multicolor part 15 exposed are formed with a strippable resin part 18 between the cutted part 17 and 11 broken away.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a joining strength, etc., by abutting the end part of the metal member formed by its bending in a sheet body to the end part of the metal member having a double bending part and welding the end part of one sheet body by displacing it with its bending slightly to non-abutting end part side as well. CONSTITUTION:The guide sash 1 formed by being bent in one sheet body and the sash main body 2 equipped with a double bending part are joined. In this case, the outer 1a and bottom part 1c of the member 1 are displaced by spreading them to the outside so as to slightly face to the outer surface part outer 2d and bottom part outer 2e of the member 2 of non-abutting end part. When a flash welding is performed by abutting each end part in this state, the end part is melted with a flash acting on the outer 2d side of the outer surface part of the member 2 as well and the end parts at the inner side, outer side of the member 2 and the end part of the member 1 are correctly joined. Consequently the joining strength and accuracy are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To make a sliding member slidingly guidable in a smooth manner, by forming blast treated surface into fine irregular surfaces, and stickingly molding a plastic membrane, being good in slidability and excellent in abrasive resistance, on these irregular surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Such one that is subjected to axial bending is set down to a rail blank R2, and side blast treatment is added to at least the inner surface side. the blast treated surface is formed into fine irregular surfaces by an air blast of abrasive grains. This irregular surface may be formed on the whole surface inclusive of an outer surface together with the inner surface side of the rail blank R2, and a plastic membrane E being good in slidability and excellent in abrasion resistance is formed on the irregular surface. This membrane E is formable in making a plastic into powder and subjected to powder coating by dipping flowing. With coating of this powder, the membrane E is bitten in an irregular surface R3 of the rail blank R2 and stuck to it, thus it comes to be strongly attached thereto.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a plate-like member from breaking and integrally mold a frame part to the plate-like member with adhesive force or sealing properties, which are larger than ever, by a method wherein a plate-like member is inserted in an injection mold in the state that the member is heated together with the adhesive, which is adhered to the plate surface of the member over the demain ranging from the peripheral side surface to the neighborhood of the peripheral edge, so as to be softened and expanded. CONSTITUTION:A plate-like member 1, over the demain ranging from the peripheral side surface to both the front and rear surfaces in the neighborhood of the peripheral edge of which adhesive 3 is applied, is inserted in a heating over for heating. Through said heating, the adhesive 3 is semi-cured and at the same time the member 1 is softened and simultaneously expands itself outwards. With the above-mentioned state held, the member 1 is inserted in an injection mold, after that, the mold is closed. Though somewhat deformation follows the mold closing, the deflection of the member 1 in the mold becomes so larger than its deflection under normal temperature as to absorb the deformation, resulting in developing no breakage of the member. After said mold closing, resin, which is melted by heating, is injected in a cavity space along the peripheral edge of the member 1 in order to form a frame part 4. As for the frame part 4, because the member 1 is in heated state, the heat of the molten resin is not absorbed by the member 1, the adhesive 3 is further heated and consequently can be fully and strongly fixed to the member 1.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to apply a relatively larger injection pressure of a molten resin on the rear side of a main body of a molding, by injecting the molten resin from a roughly perpendicular direction at a plate face inside of the edge of a frame part turning from the rear side of the main body of the molding to the front side. CONSTITUTION:A resin in-flowing gate 11 of a mold 10 is set to inject a molten resin in a roughly perpendicular direction to the rear face at a position which is a cross-sectional point of lines 1a and 1b connecting diagonal sides and is roughly central position of a main body of a molding 1, and this gate 11 is positioned at a plate face inside the edge of a frame part turned to the front side, accordingly it is made possible to inject the molten resin on the projected area B of the rear side which is relatively larger than the projected area A of the front side of the main body of the molding 1. Therefore, even if the molten resin is injected under a constant pressure, a relatively larger injection pressure of the molten resin is to be applied on the rear side of the main body of the molding 1, and when the molten resin is turned into the front side from the gap between circumferencial side face, pressure can be applied in such a way that, no sliding or floating of the main body of the molding 1 will not occurs and the molding is stably set.
