    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry lumbers within a short period of time without generating any warping, discoloration and the like by a method wherein a drying chamber, shielded from an outside atmosphere and receiving lumbers therein, and a heat radiation type heating means, keeping a temperature in the drying chamber at a desired temperature, are provided. SOLUTION: A drying chamber 18 is provided with a heat radiation type heating device 20. The heating device 20 heats at night by using an electric heater provided therein and radiate the heat, stored in a heat storage block, continuously in daytime and at night. A device main body is provided with a temperature sensor and a temperature in the drying chamber 18 can be kept at a preset temperature while detecting the temperature by the temperature sensor. Further, the heating device 20 is provided with a heater for reheating and when the calorific power of the heat storage block is consumed excessively, the reheating heater heats the heat storage block whereby the inside of the drying chamber 18 can be kept at the set temperature at all times.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform selection switching accurately and surely even in case that the output voltage on controller side is made small to its indispensable minimum, and lower price of the system. SOLUTION: This selection circuit is so arranged as to be turned on only in case that the selection control signal detected by a first voltage detector 22 is wrong and to eliminate a wrong signal instantaneously by principally a second overvoltage protective circuit 27, so the wrong operation of selection by a relay part 25 and a relay contact circuit caused by a wrong signal can be prevented. Moreover, in the case that the voltage of the selection control signal from a controller 10 is normal, the elimination of a normal selection control signal is possible only by the first overvoltage protector 26, so even in case that the output voltage on the side of the controller 10 is small, the selection of the destination by the relay part 25 and the relay contact circuit is performed surely, so the cost down of the system can be materialized.
