Then, inorganic material particles having the humidity conditioning property and the gas adsorbing property in which a binder is blended are sprayed onto either or both of a lower layer and an upper layer of the raw material for the core layer to form a forming mat. Then, it is at least formed by hot pressing.

      SOLUTION: A colored sheet similar to groove coloring paint is used for the base paper 3 of the decorative sheet for being stuck, so that a colored part of a decorative-sheet base paper section 7 can exert an effect similar to groove painting 5, even if groove coloring painting is not applied when the groove 6 is deep enough to reach the base paper 3 of the decorative sheet, and so that the colored part of the section 7 can be similar to the groove painting 5 in the performance of the groove coloring painting after the formation of the groove 6 when the groove 6 is deep enough to reach even a part of the base material. Thus, the grooved decorative plate excellent in the designability can be obtained.
