    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic wind tunnel testing method, capable of a shift to a flight of the dynamic wind tunnel test which makes transient phenomenon small, after establishing a model control without controlling lift state, easy in setting of a wind tunnel model initial condition (wind velocity, thrust or the like), making the disturbance to the model small due to release a constraint, free from the constraint rapidly after model control establishment under the constraint of the model at the initial stage of the model control.
SOLUTION: The wind tunnel model 50 is situated, by supporting a center of gravity part 51 of the model 50 by a leading edge of a support bar 202 standing at a wind tunnel measuring part 71; the wind tunnel operation is started by setting the initial condition of the wind velocity or the like under the condition supporting the model 50 by using a leading edge of the supporting bar 202. The model 50 is shifted to a free flight in the wind tunnel measuring part 71, by making the leading edge of the support bar 202 from the model 50 by making the support bar 202, after maintaining the operation under the initial condition.

(C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating/extracting a mixed signal capable of reproducing an original signal continuously and faithfully.
SOLUTION: The device for separating/extracting a mixed signal obtains signal separation outputs XA (XA
      1 , ..., XA
      i ) and XB (XB
      1 , ..., XB
i ) by performing separation/extraction processing by an independent component analysis of each two continuous sampling periods Δt1, Δt2. Further, the device produces a signal separation output XC (XC
      1 , ..., XC
i ) in Δt1+Δt2, and divides XC into a component (XA') corresponding to the period Δt1 and a component (XB') corresponding to Δt2. Then, the device calculates combinations to couple each component of (XA
      1 , ..., XA
i ) to any of the components (XB
      1 , ..., XB
i ) based on a correlation value between XA and XA', and that between XB and XB'.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively and concretely evaluate the identification performance of a visible camera to a noise according to numerics. SOLUTION: The arithmetic operation of noise equivalent NEXD, NEYD and NEZD is performed from tristimulus values B X , Y and Z of the reflected rays of light of a visible camera 6, tristimulus values X, Y and Z at a signal side and tristimulus values X N , Y N and Z N of a noise. The noise equivalent NEXD, NEYD and NEZD are converted into parameters ΔL * , Δa * and Δb * in an L * a * b * color system. The arithmetic operation of the numerics of noise equivalent luminance difference NEED in an Lab space is performed from the parameters ΔL * , Δa * and Δb * in the L * a * b * color system. Thus, it is possible to express the noise equivalent luminance difference in a three-dimensional color space, and to objectively and concretely evaluate the identification performance of a visible camera to a noise according to the numerics.
