    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor permeation measuring device and a vapor permeation measuring method capable of simply measuring vapor permeating a sealing member with high sensitivity, while a device is sealed.SOLUTION: A vapor permeation measuring device 10 comprises a light source 21, a condensation promoting portion 12, a light-receiving portion 22, a liquid condensation analysis portion 32, and a sealing member 13. The condensation promoting portion 12 plasmon-absorbs a part of light emitted from the light source 21. The light-receiving portion 22 receives at least either one of reflection light and transmission light by the condensation promoting portion 12. The liquid condensation analysis portion 32 analyzes the condensation of liquid on an upper surface of the condensation promoting portion 12 on the basis of at least either one of the reflection light and the transmission light received by the light-receiving portion 22. The sealing member 13 seals a part or all of a solar cell device 14 and the condensation promoting portion 12.
