    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical flow regulation valve easy to machine and capable of preventing fluctuation of regulation conditions and capable of reducing failure, and to provide a connection fitting using the same. SOLUTION: This connection fitting 1 has a socket 3 and a plug 5 to be detachably attached to the socket 3. An adapter 11 is movably connected to an intermediate main body 10 of the socket 3 by screw engagement. A flow regulation valve 34 is installed in an intermediate flow path 31. The flow regulation valve 34 comprises a central flow path member 35 formed with a central fine hole 38 having a hole diameter easy to be machined, an eccentric flow path member 36 formed with an eccentric fine hole 39 in an eccentric position, and a ring-like spacer seat 37 thinner than the diameter dimension of the fine hole.
