Closing and opening of the communicating hole 6 by pressurizing and depressurizing on the outer face of the fluid spout 3 applies a pressure to the fluid for sending out in the spouting space 3a of the fluid spout 3 with the self-closing outflow part 5 so that the fluid can flow outside easily and surely. The fluid spout 3 allows the fluid to flow outside easily and surely with the simple structure only having the self-closing outflow part 5 and the communicating hole 6 and the hanging type fixed quantity spouting pouch 1 can be manufactured easily.
