摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member for discharging a molten material from a slit to the outside.SOLUTION: The guide member is formed by forming a cemented carbide layer using a thermal spray method on an edge of a boundary through which the molten material is discharged to the outside, and subjecting the formed cemented carbide layer to a friction-stir process to reform it through refinement of crystal grains of a binder phase contained in the cemented carbide layer, thereby forming a cemented carbide reforming layer which composes the guide member. The guide member is suitable for a T-die used for extrusion molding of the molten material. The edge where the cemented carbide reforming layer is formed is an inner wall on an opening end side of the slit of the T-die for guiding the molten material to the outside.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a hard sprayed coating onto the surface of a steel stock, a hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock and a cutter using the hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock, particularly, to provide a hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock requiring high adhesive strength between a hard coating having wear resistance and a base material for being used in a high load state, a cutter using the hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock, and an advantageous production method therefor.
SOLUTION: The method for forming a hard sprayed coating comprises: a first stage where thermal spraying is applied to the surface of a steel stock, so as to form a sprayed coating; and a second stage where the spraying coating-coated steel stock is heated, so as to form a substitution type solid solution layer between the steel stock and the sprayed coating, and further, the steel stock is subjected to quenching treatment. Further, in a hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock and a cutter using the hard sprayed coating-coated steel stock, the substitution type solid solution layer formed between the surface of the steel stock and the hard sprayed coating imparts a metallurgical bond, thus the hard sprayed coating has excellent adhesion.
