Further, the synchronization controller 51 monitors the output of a torque sensor 50 and performs constant torque control so that the output torque of the feed motor 21 is constant.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out biological authentication and a medical examination on the basis of an iris image using an identical system. SOLUTION: The irises of both the eyes are photographed, and the acquired image data are transmitted to an ophthalmic information analysis apparatus to carry out image analysis. The image data are then divided into color photographic data and infrared photographic data, and the color photographic data are subjected to health data analysis processing and the infrared photographic data are subjected to authentication data analysis processing. During the health data analysis processing, data are read out from a health information database and are collated with photography data. A processed result is transmitted to an API and is outputted as a parameter. The processed result is then converted to an output format appropriate for its use by means of an application, and the obtained result is displayed on an output device as health information. The obtained result is then transmitted to a server and is stored in a predetermined region. During the authentication data analysis processing, personal authentication database is read out from the server and is collated with the photographic data.
