    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/fastening device capable of preventing an excess screw shaft part of a bolt from projecting to an outer side of a panel after fastening, and achieving high fastening force even with respect to a thin metallic plate, and in particular, having high vibration resistance.
      SOLUTION: In this locking/fastening device inserted into a mounting hole 41 formed on a panel material 40 and capable of being fastened only by the operation from the outer side of the panel material 40, a washer 5, a sleeve for expansion 6, a locking clamp 7 with an expansion claw and a nut 8 are successively assembled on the screw shaft part 4 of the bolt 2 having a head part 3 at its one end, in a state of being locked unrotatably to each other. The bolt 2 is screwed in in such a state that a nut 8 side of the screw shaft part 4 is fitted and inserted into the mounting hole 41 from the outer side, the washer 5 is pressed and fixed to an outer face of the panel material 40, and fastened in such a state that its rotation is stopped together with the sleeve for expansion 6, the locking clamp 7 with the expansion claw and the nut 8, the locking clamp 7 with the expansion claw is drawn to an inner side of the panel material 40 by self-advancing action of the nut 8 engaged with the screw shaft part 4, and the expansion claw 24 is expanded by an outer peripheral face of the expansion sleeve 6, thus the panel material 40 is held and fixed between the locking clamp 6 with the expanded expansion claw and the washer 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip nut capable of coping with several kinds of plate members having a different thickness with one kind of clip nut, and capable of coping with plate thickness of a wide range.
      SOLUTION: This clip nut 1 is formed by folding a metal thin sheet into a flat U-shape, and fitting a nut 10 to an upper piece part 3 of a clip 2, which is provided with opposite upper piece part 3 and lower piece part 4 continuously to a folding part 5, and providing the lower piece part 4 with an insert hole 9 for a bolt to be screwed to the nut 10. The upper piece part 3 is provided with a notch part 6 extended in a U-shape along the folding part 5 side and both side edges to surround three way of the nut 3. A nut support part 8 is formed to be continued to a free end side edge part 7 of the upper piece part 3 and extended in nearly parallel with the lower piece part 4. A projecting end surface 13 of a positioning cylinder part 12 concentrically provided with a screw hole 11 of the nut 10 and projecting from the nut support part 8 toward the lower piece part 4 is inclined toward the edge part 7, and a terminal end 14 is formed nearly the same surface with a lower surface of the nut support part 8.
