    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure integrally injection molded with an intention to improve a water passage with regard to a submerged flat membrane module used in water treatment such as sewage and industrial wastewater.
      SOLUTION: A submerged flat membrane module 1 fitted with a suction pipe 6 is integrated by injection molding, and a water passage 5 for the water to be treated is constituted on the face and back of the body 2 of the module. The water passage 5 is formed within the region confined by the opposed surfaces of a nonwoven fabric 3 and a filtration membrane 4 and is constituted from marginal water passage grooves 7, water passage openings 9, and communication grooves 10. Each of the water passage openings 9 is formed by confinement by a crosspiece 8, and the crosspiece 8 has a function of preventing warpage.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catchment block for an immersion type flat membrane unit where the constitution of piping fitted to an immersion type flat membrane unit used for water treatment for sewage, industrial drainage or the like is improved.
      SOLUTION: The box-shaped catchment block 1 for an immersion type flat membrane unit is composed of: a block body 2; and an upper cover 3. The bottom plate side of the block body 2 is provided with receiving holes 5 arranged in two line staggered layout, and the upper plate side composing the upper cover 3 is projectingly provided with aggregated suction ports 4. The respective receiving holes 5 are fitted by being inserted into the respective suction ports 11 in the immersion type flat membrane unit 10, and the bottom plate side of the block body 2 is provided with recessed grooves 7 where O-rings 8 for water stopping are disposed. Regarding the catchment block 1 for an immersion type flat membrane unit composed in this way, a suction space is made wide since the respective holes 5 are composed, so as to be two line staggered layout, its suction function can be improved. Further, since the O-rings 8 for water stopping are arranged inside the recessed grooves 7, water leakage can be prevented, and further, upon simultaneous fitting, an error of assembling precision is absorbed, thus the operability of the fitting operation can be improved as well.
