摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house which can set different ceiling heights for respective dwelling units located at upper and lower locations across a reversed beam slab, through a structural height of a reference story is set to a single predetermined dimension, to thereby allow the residents to live in the dwelling units of different ceiling heights according to their different needs. SOLUTION: The apartment house is constructed such that the structural height of the reference story is set to the single predetermined dimension. According to the apartment house, the reversed beam slab is employed as an intermediate slab arranged between the upper and lower stories, and a normal beam slab is employed as slabs forming a ceiling surface of the upper story and a floor surface of the lower story. Therefore, by repeatedly constructing a unit consisting of the adjacent upper and lower stories, the ceiling height dimension of the dwelling unit space is made different from each other.

A process for arranging PCa forward beam members in an X-direction and a Y-direction in upper parts of a PCa column member, a process for arranging PCa backward beam members in the X-direction and the Y-direction in upper parts of a PCa column member in an adjacent upper floor, and a process for constructing a slab in a space surrounded by the PCa forward beam member and the PCa backward beam member are repeated. Thus, heights of interior spaces on the adjacent upper and lower floors are constructed to be different.
