摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a filling container such as a syringe with fluid with high accuracy simply and easily. SOLUTION: This connection type filling apparatus is provided with a cylinder composed of a tubular internal wall face and an end of which the one end is closed and the other end is opened, a piston which fits to the internal wall face of the cylinder and a mechanism which fixes either the cylinder or the piston and drives the other side, and in which a hole continuously penetrating the piston in the direction of a center axis in the piston is formed. A filling method comprises steps of inserting the filler material into the cylinder, inserting the piston which fits to the cylinder into the cylinder, and pressurizing the filler material to cause the filler material to pass through the hole penetrating the piston in the direction of the center axis of the piston for filling the filling container arranged in close contact with the outlet side of the filler material.
