    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the double facer hot plate of a corrugation machine which enhance not only the quality of corrugated cardboard but also the utilization efficiency of the amount of heat.
      SOLUTION: The insides of the hot plate units 10A-10G which constitute the hot plate 10 provided to the heating part of a double facer are demarcated into a high temperature chamber 14 and a low temperature chamber 16 by a partition 12. A steam introducing port 20 and a steam recovering port 22 are provided to the base of the high temperature chamber 14. Steam is supplied to the high temperature chamber 14 through a pipe 18, a branch pipe 18B and the introducing port 20 to heat the high temperature chamber 14 and recovered through the recovering port 22, a branch pipe 19B and a pipe 19. At this time, the low temperature chamber 16 is heated to a temperature lower than that of the high temperature chamber 14 by the transmission of the heat from the inside high temperature chamber 14. The high temperature chamber 14 is formed to the part where the radiation quantity of heat to a double-faced corrugated cardboard sheet 38 to enhance not only the quality due to uniform heating but also the utilization efficiency of the amount of heat.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce fresh air into a room by favorably reducing an effect of dew condensation.
      SOLUTION: Dew condensation occurs when outside air passes a water collection chamber 20, a heat exchange pipe 18, and a passage 14, and it contains moisture, and waterdrops 40 adheres to wall surfaces of the water collection chamber 20, the heat exchange pipe 18, the passage 14, or the like. Since the heat exchange pipe 18 is slantly arranged, the waterdrops 40 of the passage 14 and the heat exchange pipe 18 are gathered into the water collection chamber 20. The waterdrops 40 of the water collection chamber 20 or a passage 30 drop down, and they are also gathered into the water collection chamber 20. A driving controller 30 drives a drain pump 22, and water collected in the water collection chamber 20 is drained to a ground surface side.
