SOLUTION: The device is provided with a box 2 of the electrical device storage box, a door 3, a handle 7 and a clamp 9, which is locked with a locking part 11 by an operation of the handle 7 and holds the door 3 in a closed state. The handle 7 has a part to be engaged 8b on the inner side of the door 3, and the clamp 9 has an engaging part 9a which engages with the part to be engaged 8b. An elastic body 12 for depressing the engaging part 9a of the clamp 9 in a direction where it is engaged with the part to be engaged 8b is arranged, and a fitting screw 10 supporting the elastic body 12 is installed. The elastic body 12 is compressed to the engaging part 9a so that the fitting screw 10 is pulled to the door 3, which is to open with a pressure rise in the box 2 and gap where pressure can be discharged is formed between the door 3 and an opening 2a of the box 2.
