    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting instrument capable of having good visibility by using a power LED and an LED with high luminance.SOLUTION: The signal light-emitting instrument includes a body section 12 wherein a grip section 14 is fixed on a back face and a light-emitting section 16 is arranged on a front face. A power source section 18, a power supply switch 20, and a board 24 are stored in the body section 12. A plurality of light-emitting diodes 22 driven with the power source section 18 and controlled by turning on/off with the power supply switch 20 are scattered and arranged on the board 24 in designated intervals. A transparent protection cover 34 for surrounding and protecting the board 24 and the light-emitting diodes 22 is arranged on the light-emitting section 16. Lenses 28 for collecting emitted light in an optical axis direction are mounted on the respective light-emitting diodes 22. The lenses 28 are fixed by being sandwiched between the board 24 and the transparent protection cover 34.

The roller part 16 is pivotally supported by a holding part 12 extending at the holder 11.
