SOLUTION: According to the fitting producing method, an inside core 30 is arranged so as to form a peripheral edge of the panel 20, and an outside core 40 is connected to the outside of the inside core 30 by means of a plurality of cross members 51. Then a plurality of surface members 60 are placed to pinch the inside core 30, the cross members 51, and the outside core 40, and then bonded to the same, to thereby constitute a flush structure. Further, grooves 31 formed in the inside core 30 are fitted onto a peripheral portion of the panel 20, and the inside core 30 is a core having a molding.     • PURPOSE:To enable continuous manufacture of a long decorative embossed plated product with high efficiency by a method wherein a decorative embossed plate is adhered to the one surface of a flexible film by means of an adhesive forming a flexible adhesion layer, and painting is sprayed on the decorative veneer by means of paint forming the flexible film. CONSTITUTION:A flexible film 4 is orderly unrolled from a roll 5, and an adhesive 7 forming a flexible adhesion layer 7A is applied to the upper surface of the flexible film 4 by means of a roll coater 6. A decorative embossed plate 1 are arranged on the flexible adhesion layer 7A of the flexible film 4 without a gap therebetween, and heating and contact-bonding are effected by a roll play 9 to thermally adhere the decorative plate 1 to the flexible film 4. After the work is conveyed to a sanding process 10A, a surface is ground and spray paining 11 is applied, the work is dried in a drying chamber 17. A decorative plate processed product 3 which finishes a sanding process 10B and on which final painting is applied is ordinary rolled to produce a processed product roll 18.

    • PURPOSE:To easily form plywood to flat configuration while preventing the strength of the plywood itself from lowering and the defective external appearance from developing by a method wherein a large number of cuts, which are discontinuous with one another, are formed on the bottom face of a plywood, which is produced by laminate- bonding a plurality of veneers. CONSTITUTION:A plywood 1 is produced by laminate-bonding a plurality of veneers 3 in continuous form under the state that the directions of respective wood grains of the veneers are arranged nearly at right angles to each other. In addition, on the bottom face of the plywood 1, a large number of dug holes 7, which form cuts, are produced so as to locate at required intervals the another and the tip of each of which is formed so deep as to reach the intermediate part in the direction or the thickness of the plywood 1 or the middle layer 3a. The pierced holes 7 are arranged at required intervals one another so as not to continuously cut off the grain of each veneer 3. In addition, the formation of the dug holes 7 on the bottom face of the plywood 1 leads to the wider surface area of the bottom face than the surface area of the top face and, as a result, the tendency for warping to the top face side develops. However, said warping can be easily corrected to be flat by warping the plywood 1 to the bottom face side, since the bending rigidity of the plywood 1 becomes smaller with the formation of the dug holes.
