And the aforesaid main body is provided with a clamping device 16 which is hanged down from a guide rail laid along the third horizontal frame 11, can be freely moved, and freely moved up and down, and performs the cargo arrangement of articles 40, and the traction member 25 of the cargo arrangement machine main body 1 is mounted to the pedestal 4, and a forklift 31 is connected with the aforesaid traction member so as to allow the first side part frame 5 to be lifted up, so that the cargo arrangement machine main body 1 can thereby be moved. By this constitution, cargo arrangement can thereby be performed only by one operator, and furthermore, the burden of the operator can thereby be reduced in labor.

Through switch variation of the control valve means 60, an optimum delivery amount is easily obtained according to movement of the respective control levers, and fine control of the hydraulic operation parts 11 and 19 is facilitated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a brake from being suddenly operated to cause a suddenly braked state when a brake pedal is depressed at a general speed by providing a diaphragm in a reservoir port. SOLUTION: When a brake pedal is depressed, an input piston 3 moves a valve spool 4 through a compression spring 9. The pressure oil from a pump to a tank is gradually reduced, and the pressure oil from a pump to a brake cylinder is gradually increased to operate the brake. Since a reservoir port R has a diaphragm 6, a resistance is imparted to the pressure oil returned from reservoir chamber 5 to a tank, and a fluid reaction according to the depressing speed is imparted to the brake pedal. Consequently, when the brake pedal is depressed at a general speed, the brake is laid in general braked state, and a suddenly braked state is not formed.
