    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably decrease energy necessary for curing and preheating by controlling temperature of an end plate of a mold, and to easily and inexpensively manufacture the mold by eliminating the necessity of the strict closeness of a flow path for a heat medium.
      SOLUTION: In a temperature-controllable mold, a ventilation space is formed at the outer face of the end plate for forming a cavity by partitioning it from outside air, and a mold body in which an intake vent and an exhaust vent are provided in the ventilation space, and a hot air generator are provided. An air supplying opening of the hot air generator and the intake vent are connected with a duct, and an air intake of the hot air generator and the exhaust vent are connected with the duct, and air from the hot air generator is sent to the ventilation space and circulated, thus solving the problem.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate works for cleaning, reinforcing bar insertion, form release and assembly by forming a centrifugal molding form of a stationary mold with numerous cavities which are opened in the axial center direction for molding a finished product and are fixed to numerous longitudinal members and an open-close mold hinged to a hinge part in a freely opening/closing manner, on the concentric circle of the axial center in the longitudinal direction within a cylindrical framework. SOLUTION: The form is rotated sideways, then concrete is loaded into the form from a center hole and is packed into cavities from apertures by centrifugal force. Further, the concrete is tamped by centrifugal force into a specified shape. After the completion of a curing process, a concrete product is released from the form and the interior of the cavities is cleaned, greased and further, an attachment is fitted with the performance of operations such as reinforcing bar insertion. The cavities are opened toward the outside when an open-close mold 6 is opened, and the mold 6 is closed after operations such as cleaning are ended. Further, the mold 6 is clamped by a clamping device and a rotating platen is attached to the mold 6 and fixed with a mounting nut to assemble the form. After the assembly of the form, a molding operation is again carried out. Thus it is possible to easily put operations such as cleaning the interior of the cavities, form release and assembly into practice.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply respond to a case wherein concrete products different in width are to be produced by moving the fixed position of a form by enabling the selection of a clamped state and released state of the form by rotating a pressure cam by a rotary means. SOLUTION: A pressure cam 6 is a disc member and flange parts 7 having a diameter larger than that of the disc member are integrally formed on both sides of the disc member. A shaft 8 being a rotary means is fixed to the pressure cam 6 and mounted on the support piece 13 fixed to a base 15 in a freely rotatable manner. The center X of the shaft and the center Y of the disc member are made eccentric and, since the disc member is rotated centering around the center X of the shaft, the disc member comes into contact with a clamping lever 5 to press the same downward or the disc member is separated from the clamping lever 5 or acts as a cam. Therefore, the clamping and releasing work of the form of a panel-shaped concrete product can be efficiently performed and, since the clamping part of the form can be moved, this clamping device is used in forms of products having various sizes.
