    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operation performance by changing the speed of a hydraulic actuator only by a control lever when operating the hydraulic actuator, in a construction machine. SOLUTION: If an operator operates a control lever 26 toward its hoisting side, pilot pressure oil is discharged from a remote control valve 27 in response to the control input of the control lever 26, at the same time, the pilot pressure oil is supplied to the pilot port 31 of a directional flow control valve 28, it is also supplied at the same time to the tilting regulator 30 of a hydraulic pump 25 and the tilting regulator 29 of a hydraulic motor 24 through a shuttle valve 33, and the passing flow rate of the directional flow control valve 28, the discharge of the hydraulic pump 25 and the absorbed quantity of the hydraulic motor 24 are varied by the pilot pressure. Therefore, the flow rate of the hydraulic motor 24 turns into a combined flow rate, and the hydraulic motor 24 is actuated by the combined flow rate to apply hoisting motion as a hydraulic actuator. Therefore, the speed of the hydraulic motor 24 (hydraulic actuator) can be changed only by the control lever 26 of the remote control valve 27.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a front post or a rear post from being damaged by colliding against a pendant rope and a derricking rope when raising a tower boom and a jib, as for a crane intended for applying a derricking motion of a jib pivotally attached to the tip part of a tower boom by changing the relative angle of the front post and the rear post. SOLUTION: An angle to the horizontal plane of a tower boom is detected by an angle sensor 21, and an angle to the horizontal plane of a jib is detected by an angle sensor 22. The relative angle of the tower boom and the jib is computed in a controller 30 based on these detected values, and is displayed on a display 23. A relative angle of a front post and a rear post is computed, and if the relative angle is not less than a dangerous angle predetermined in advance, the danger is notified by a notifier 24, and the danger avoiding action is taken by stopping the drive of winches 18, 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shock at the time of switching from the arm opening operation to the closing operation and to improve operability in a hydraulic excavator. SOLUTION: A shock reducing circuit 32 of a hydraulic excavator has an arm first speed selector valve 9 and an arm second speed selector valve 10, and is directly coupled to an arm open side pilot port 10c of the second arm second speed selector valve 10, and an oil path 36 is provided with a slow return valve 37. Thus, when an operating lever 23 of a remote controlled valve 16 is switched from the arm open side B to the arm close side A at a stroke, the arm second speed selector valve 10 is gently switched because return oil from the pilot port 10c is throttled by the slow return valve 37. Thus, the arm is further to be opened by the inertia force so that pressure oil discharged from the bottom side 2a of an arm cylinder 2 flows into a tank 26 during the gentle switching time of the arm second speed selector valve 10 to generate high pressure, thereby reducing a shock.
