摘要： PURPOSE: To sufficiently direct magnetic flux to core material in a tube to be cut, and hold a counter-blade body at a specified position in the tube by forming a center cylinder part of material of a weak magnetic permeability in a circular frame, and installing an element of material of a strong magnetic permeability for controlling an induction line to be suitable on an end part of the frame. CONSTITUTION: For cutting each tube 1, when the tube 1 is rotated in front of a blade 6, a counter-blade body 7 facing the blade 6 is disposed inside the tube 1, and it is mechanically connected to core material 8 of a strong magnetic permeability. This core material 8 holds the counter-blade body 7 at a specified position by means of a magnetic induction means 9. This magnetic inducting means 9 has a coil 10 wound around a circular frame 11. In addition, this frame 11 is provided with a center cylinder part 11' of material of a weak magnetic permeability closest to the tube 1, and short rings 12a, 12b of material of a strong magnetic permeability provided at frame end parts to sufficiently direct magnetic flux to the core material 8.

CONSTITUTION: A blade 4 disposed inside a tube 1 to be cut cooperates with a counter-blade member 5 mechanically connected to a free core member 6 of strong magnetic permeability to cut the tube 1. A field is formed by a coil 8 on a free core member 6 to cross the tube 1 to magnetically apply to a length direction position of the free core member 6, that is the position of the counter- blade member 5. On a fixed core member around which the coil 8 is wound, extension end parts 10a, 10b extended toward the tube 1 and having holes 13a, 13b for the tube 1 to pass through are provided. The extension end parts 10a, 10b surround the tube 1 around two sections parted from each other for a roughly similar length to length of the free core member 6 to direct the field to the fixed core member 9, extension end parts 10a, 10b, and free core member 6.
