SOLUTION: On the upper surface of a core 11 of 5 to 8 mm thick, aluminum foil 12 is provided, and on the upper surface of the aluminum foil 12, a face- shaped exothermic body 1 having a self-temperature control function and to which a heating layer is provided by printing and having a part not provided with the heating layer is provided. On the upper surface of the face-shaped exothermic body 1, plywood 13 is provided; on the upper surface of the plywood 13, cushioning material 14 is provided; and on the lower surface of the core 11, cardboard 15 is provided; on the lower surface of the cardboard 15, moisture- proof paper 16 is provided; and the core 11, aluminum foil 12, face-shaped exothermic body 1, plywood 13, cushioning material 14, cardboard 15, and moisture- proof paper 16 are sewn by a sewing thread 17 penetrated through the part where the heating layer of the face-shaped exothermic body 1 is not provided to manufacture a straw mat 18. Then, nonwoven fabric 21 is fitted to the rear surface of the straw mat 18 by adhesion, and the end part of the surface mat 22 is fitted to the rear surface of the straw mat 18 by sewing to manufacture a heating thin straw mat 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the maximum utilization of the space of a room without hindering the use of the room and eliminate the danger of generating fire by a method wherein a surface type heat generating body, having self temperature control function, is provided on a surface faced to the inside of the room. SOLUTION: A required heating instrument is obtained by bonding a surface type heat generating body 2, having self temperature control function, to the surface part of a floor material 1 or a surface part faced to the inside of a room through an aluminum foil 3. The surface type heat generating body 2 is provided with a heat generating layer 12, having flexibility, on the surface of a substrate sheet 11 and is formed so that an electric current is conducted through the heat generating layer 12 and heat is generated when the heat generating layer 12 is excited through a wire 13, buried into an insulating layer 14, while far infrared rays are emitted from the heat generating layer 12 due to the heat generation of the same. On the other hand, the heat generating layer 12 is formed so that the temperature of the heat generating layer 12 is increased and the material of the heat generating layer 12 or polyethylene glycol is inflated whereby intervals between conductive carbon particles are widened and the resistance of the heat generating layer 12 is increased thereby making the conduction of the electric current hard and preventing the overheating of the heat generating body 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely restore the surface of resin wax applied on a floor surface to a mirror finished surface state by tufting yarn consisting of respectively specific ratios of cotton and nylon, thereby forming a fiber layer. SOLUTION: This pad for cleaning is provided with the fiber layer 2 of about 1 cm in thickness on the surface of a base fabric 1. The fiber layer 2 is formed by tufting the yarn consisting of 80% cotton spun yarn and 20% nylon filaments which are formed to a twisted yarn form and providing the base fabric 1 with such yarn. When the fiber layer 2 of the pad for cleaning is brought into contact with the floor surface coated with the resin wax and is rotated in this state, friction heat is generated mainly from the nylon filaments of the fiber layer 2. The cotton spun yarn of the fiber layer 2 can elevate the temperature of the resin wax applied on the floor surface in order to prevent the escape of the heat and, therefore, the resin wax softens. The micro-projecting parts of the resin wax surface can be thereby removed and, therefore, the sure restoration of the wax surface to the mirror finished surface state is possible.
