    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a moving body movable together with a user, with no problem without depending on the troubled condition of the body. SOLUTION: This operating device for holding and moving is composed of a mounting base part 11 detachably fixed to a base part post 6 constituting a post part 5, by a clamping bolt 16, and a grip part 13 provided through a holding angle adjusting mechanism 12 for restraining it to the mounting base part 11 in an optional rotating position or releasing the restraint. The mounting base part 11 has a receiving part 14 of recessed curved shape for receiving the base part post 6 of the post part 5, at the center part, and arm parts 11a, 11b provided to surround the receiving part 14. A lock groove 11c for locking the holding angle adjusting mechanism 12 is formed on the back face side of the receiving part 14. A threaded hole is recessed in the arm part 11a, and the clamping bolt 16 is screwed toward the receiving part 14 from the outside to fixedly hold the mounting base part 11 to the suitable part of the base part post 6.
