摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for slicing a block meat capable of uniformly and efficiently slicing even a block meat in a raw meat state and sufficiently cutting off even fibers, etc., of the meat. SOLUTION: This apparatus for slicing a block meat is equipped with a holder 2 for holding the block meat and a blade unit 8 provided facing to the end of the holder 2 and is composed so as to relatively move the holder 2 and the blade unit 8 and thinly cut the end of the block meat protruding from the end of the holder 2. In this case, a device for urging the blade unit 8 and the holder 2 in the direction to mutually come into contact is installed. The figure indicates an example for making the side of the holder 2 movable and moving the holder 2 to the side of the blade unit 8. The holder 2 is divided into a body part 201 on the upper side and a movable part 202 on the blade unit side and the movable part 202 is supported so as to vertically move in a state thereof partially fitted into the body part 201.
