    • PURPOSE:To reduce an occupied space as well as to facilitate a job for piping work by connecting plural rectangular plastic faceplate parts in a sheet-form at bending part, forming a connecting part in both the end edges, and forming a cross section polygonal cylindrical body in the faceplate part after bending it at the bending part, in the duct of a building. CONSTITUTION:Six sheets of a rectangular faceplate 2 are connected free of bending with one another at a bending part 3, forming a platelike blank. Each of connecting parts 4 and 4 is installed side edges of the faceplate parts 2, 2 at both ends of this blank. Each faceplate 2 is bent by the bending part 3, forming it into a hexagonal cylindrical form, and then these connecting parts 4, 4 are connected to each other, forming a hexagonal cylindrical duct 1. Those of faceplate part 2, bending part 3 and connecting part 4 are formed by means of extrusion molding of hard plastic material. In this bending parts 3, a trapezoidal recess groove is formed in an inner surface of the plastic sheet, leaving a thin hinge part left behind, and it is made up of forming a soft plastic cushion layer on the inner surface of the recess groove.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a bib (athlete's number) to be detached through simple work by fabricating a bib with a laminate structure comprising fabric, an unber coating layer and an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:This is composed such that an under coating layer 3 made up of an emulsion type thermoplastic adhesive is adhesively put on the rear surface of bib fabric and an adhesive layer 4 is put on the outside hereof which consists of a hot melt type thermoplastic adhesive being in the same system with the thermoplastic adhesive making up the under coating layer 3 and having 3 lower melting point than this. Furthermore, the method is such that heat is applied from the front surface of the bib fabric provided with the under coating layer 3 and adhesive layer 4 on the rear surface by means of an iron or like appliances so as to dissolve the hot melt type thermoplastic adhesive on the adhesive layer and thus detaching is effected between the sportswear and the bib 1.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the equipment cost with a simple structure, and to facilitate the installation work by providing a guide pipe where an open groove is formed in a bottom part in the track shape, and circulating a traction rope through the center of a disk in the guide pipe. CONSTITUTION: A light article which is a work is suspended by an operator from a hanger member 50 fitted to a traction rope 1 at the starting position X. When an electric motor of a motor device 10 is driven based on the operation command of the operator, the traction rope 1 in the guide pipe 4 is moved by a driving wheel 14. The article is moved along the guide pipe 4, and when it is carried to the position 2, a sensor detects the hanger member 50 to stop the electric motor, and the movement of the traction rope 1 is also stopped. The article is then taken out by the operator. The traction rope 1 is moved in the opposite direction to the previous direction by driving the electric motor in the reverse direction by the operation command of the operator.

    • PURPOSE:To take up a soft profile extrusion-molded product having a profile cross section in a taking-up device so as not to damage the shape or elasticity of the product. CONSTITUTION:Exclusive taking-up motors M1, M2 are provided to respective bobbins 5, 6 in order to continue the taking-up of a molded product B even at the time of the work for replacing the bobbins 5, 6. Arranging rollers 54a, 54b prescribing the posture and shape of the molded product B are provided to the leading end of a guide arm 42 in close vicinity to the bobbins 5, 6 in order to be moved in the lateral direction and radius direction of the bobbins. A sending-in roller 43 applying constant sending-out force to the molded product B is provided to the base end part of the guide arm 42. Therefore, the posture of the molded product at the time of taking-up is stabilized and the molded product is wound around the bobbins 5, 6 in line and, as a result, no deformation is generated in the molded product and the elasticity of the molded product is also kept.
