摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved locking fastener assembling body.
SOLUTION: The locking fastener assembling body comprises a nut and washer. Each nut and washer have a load supporting face which opposes each other, and the supporting face has a series of slightly slanting faces which extend in a ring-shape and form a shallow wave. The load supporting face of the nut is an approximately spherical convex-shape, and the load supporting face of the washer is an approximately spherical concave-shape. A flat surface of the spherical concave-shape of the load supporting face of the nut is seated on a gorge-shaped surface of the spherical concave-shape corresponding to the load supporting face of the washer at a coplanar state. Further, a convex- shaped before-slanting supporting face of the nut is seated on a concave-shaped after-slanting supporting face of the washer, and the nut is prevented from moving back. A concave-shaped fastening face is formed on an outside end of the washer of the flange extending to a radial direction. The flange is bent when the assembling body is assembled, and the washer is elastically pushed to the nut.

SOLUTION: A wheel fastener 10 with a flange includes a thread portion 16, a load bearing surface 18, a non-circular surface 20 and a fastener main body 12 having a flange 22 positioned between the load bearing surface 18 and the thread portion 16. The cap 14 is disposed onto the non-circular surface 20 and the flange 22, and the peripheral part 28 of the cap 14 is curved around the flange 22 so as to allow the cap 14 to be held over the fastener main body 10. The whole portion of the cap 14 is parted in a space from the whole portion of the load bearing surface 18 in the direction of its axial line, it is not required that the cap 14 has to be mounted to the fastener main body 12 by means of welding and/or adhesive agent.
