SOLUTION: A retainer 53 with a bulb chamber formed is installed on the back face side of a reflector 26. The spherical part 52 is inserted into and engaged with the bulb chamber of the retainer 53. The retainer 53 absorbs the angular displacement and the positional displacement of the spherical part 52 varying according to the inclination of the rotated reflector 26 by relatively moving and rotating the spherical part 52 in the bulb chamber, and makes the rotation control of the reflector 26 smooth.
