摘要： PURPOSE:To deliver directly to the destination without sorting by performing primary assortment through primary conveyor and carrying to secondary assortment conveyor thereafter performing secondary assortment and taking out to the secondary circulation conveyor and carrying to the loading section of truck. CONSTITUTION:The loads to be taken out from the carrying conveyor side 2, 3 are primary sorted through primary assortment conveyor 9 into A, B, C... groups during carrying and passed to the primary storage conveyor 10. Then only A group under storage is taken out to the primary circulation conveyor 11 and passed to the secondary assortment conveyor 12. They are secondary sorted during carrying through said conveyor 12 into A1, A2... groups and passed to the secondary storage conveyor 13. Thereafter, only A1 group is passed to the secondary circulation conveyor 8 and transferred through the conveyor 9 to an empty conveyor 10 and passed through the pass conveyor 16 to a truck 15. Since secondary sorted, they are unloaded first and loaded later.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drive a truck accurately to a desired position by detecting a reference member set at the station side with a sensor attached to the truck and then detecting directly the position and the tilt of the truck. CONSTITUTION:A truck A containing a working robot 1 for loading and a load stage part 2 is driven among stations ST along a drive route stuck with a light reflecting tape 3 for guidance and carries various types of loads. The truck A is also provided with a light sensor 7 which detects the lateral deviation amount from the tape 3, a mark reading sensor 9 which detects the stop marks provided at each station and an optical signal transmission/reception device 10 of the truck side set opposite to a signal transmission/reception device 11 of the station side. Thus a controller R of the robot 1 performs the automatic drive of the truck A together with a central controller V according to the information stored previously. Furthermore the reference member of the station is detected by an image sensor 13 provided to the robot 1. Thus the robot 1 is actuated assuredly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the use-efficiency of racks by vertically partitioning racks from each other by means of heat insulation boards so that the higher a partition is located the higher the temperature is. With this constitution, racks can be used with high efficiency and the cargo distribution efficiency can also be enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lead smoothly a traveling truck to a guide path by calculating the sloping angle of the truck to the guide line at an early stage where the truck starts to move to the guide path. CONSTITUTION:A light reflecting tape is provided on the surface of a drive path for formation of a guide path for a traveling truck. At the same time, a steering control means is provided for automatic drive of the truck along the reflecting tape. Thus the truck is driven automatically between stations. For the steering control means, a detection part containing a light emitter 5 and an optical sensor 6 for steering control is set at the front and rear ends of the truck respectively. In addition, a drive controller H containing a host controller 7, an image processing controller 8 and a digital servo controller 9 is set to the truck. The encoders (e) attached to both motors M are connected to the controller 9. The sloping angle of the truck body is calculated by the controller 8 to the reflecting tape. Then the steering control is performed so that said sloping angle of the truck is set at zero.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a tray conveyor, by supporting a tray on the top of a truck, and rotating a rotor clockwise or counterclockwise on the truck through a rotating operated section to tilt the tray rightward or leftward to sort a cargo from the tray. CONSTITUTION:When a truck 1 carrying a cargo on a tray 5 kept horizontal has reached a sorting place, a rotor 10 is rotated counterclockwise through a left-hand cam-followed roller 11a if a sorting chute is at the right of a conveyance passage. As a result, a pair of right and left support rollers 13a, 13b and a tilting roller 15 are rotated together counterclockwise about a fixed vertical shaft 8 and the tilting roller 15 pushes a movable member 17 leftward through an engaged two-arm portion 24 so that the tray 5 is tilted rightward about a front-to-rear support shaft 7 through a bracket 6 and a pair of guide rods 18 which support the movable member 17. Consequently, the cargo on the tray 5 drops into the right-hand sorting chute.
