    • PURPOSE: To reduce delicate dependency of compressing behavior for a characteristic of a material to be compressed and a degree of water addition by terminating the rear area of the compressing part of an extruding screw to the part tapered into a cone equivalent to several times largeness of a thin feed part of the front area of the compressing part and whereby putting the material to be compressed into the discharging area of a sprue. CONSTITUTION: The angle 19 formed by the axis 18 of an extruder screw 3 and the feed surface 17 of the compressing part 5 of the extruder screw 3 is constituted to be larger than 90 degrees, and the radius 20 of a transit part to an extruder screw core part 22 is constituted into a proper angle. A wiping off angle, having the obtuse edge part angle formed by composing a flat and smooth part and a groove part wherein a round surface 21 enlarging in the feed direction and a flat depth are directed in the axial direction, is provided, the narrow part of the sprue is harmonized with an enlarging part 15 connected to it, and whereby a wear resistant and reliable compressing structure having a simple structure for a fibrous material is formed. Therefore, the compressing structure is hardly influenced by the difference of quality of the material to be compressed.

    • PURPOSE: To improve pressing pressure control and the quality of the object to be compressed without wear by material and without a post-treatment. CONSTITUTION: A conical compressing portion 5 of a cantilevered extrusion screw constitutes a press insert body 7 of a mouthpiece 6 having a slight peripheral edge spacing 10. The press insert body 7 has a region 12 having a smooth part 22 and a groove part 23 and a discharge region 13. A jaw 8 of a pressing clamper 9 is tightly fitted into a discharge port 14 of the discharge region. A notched part 19 beginning from the discharge port passes the axial plane of the mouthpiece 6 and arrives at a compression area 17 of the mouthpiece 6. An extension part 21 of a moving jaw 8' comes into contact with the edge part 26 of the notched part in an inner peripheral part 33'. The movement of the moving jaw comprises components of an axial direction and a radial direction. The pressing pressure of the material to be compressed is controlled by the component of the radial direction in such a manner that the jaw 8' is kept pressed to the edge 26.
