    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and safely preparing melamine bis(pentaerythrit phosphate)phosphoric acid salt.
      SOLUTION: The method for preparing melamine bis(pentaerythrit phosphate)phosphoric acid salt comprises first mixing pentaerythrit with diphosphorus pentaoxide in an extruder to perform esterification reaction to form bis(pentaerythrit phosphate)phosphoric acid, then mixing the bis(pentaerythrit phosphate)phosphoric acid with melamine or its derivative in the presence of a solvent to perform ammonium salt-forming reaction, and finally removing water to obtain melamine bis(pentaerythrit phosphate)phosphoric acid salt. In the above method, although diphsophorus pentaoxide is used as a raw material, it is unnecessary to recover trichlorophosphoric acid due to no formation of a hydrogen chloride gas and since it is unnecessary to perform the esterification reaction in the presence of an organic solvent, the esterification reaction time can be shortened, and the danger of causing an explosion due to high pressures created within a sealed reaction system can be avoided.

    • 要解决的问题:提供简单安全地制备三聚氰胺双(磷酸三钙)磷酸盐的方法。 磷酸三聚氰胺磷酸盐的制备方法包括:在挤出机中先将季戊四醇与五氧化二磷混合,进行酯化反应,生成磷酸二(磷酸三季戊四醇酯),然后将双(季戊四酸磷酸酯) 磷酸与三聚氰胺或其衍生物在溶剂存在下进行铵盐形成反应,最后除去水,得到三聚氰胺双(季戊四醇磷酸酯)磷酸盐。 在上述方法中,尽管以五氧化二磷为原料,但由于不形成氯化氢气体,不需要回收三氯磷酸,并且由于不需要在有机溶剂的存在下进行酯化反应,因此, 可以缩短酯化反应时间,并且可以避免由密封反应体系内产生的高压引起的爆炸危险。 版权所有(C)2009,JPO&INPIT
