摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, members having a main through slot hole and a cross hole intersecting the main through slot hole 2 formed in a block shape body 1 often appear, for example, in fuel supply components of an internal combustion engine, generation of burrs at the intersecting portion of the holes is inevitable when the cross hole is formed by drilling, and the burrs are difficult to remove by conventional machining methods and means because the cross hole is often very small in diameter.
SOLUTION: When blasting the intersecting portion 8 of the main through slot hole 2 formed in a workpiece and the cross hole 3 intersecting the main through slot hole 2 is blasted, a jet control rod 4 is inserted into the main through slot hole 2 from one aperture 11 thereof such that its tip end 12 is positioned above the intersecting portion 8, and wet slurry 7 having abrasives mixed with water is jetted from the other aperture 15 into the main through slot hole 2 using a jet gun. The jet of the wet slurry 7 collides with the tip end 12 of the jet control rod 4, and the jet is shifted toward the cross hole 3. As a result, the abrasives collide with the intersecting portion 8.
