摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee ignition and necessary safety release of a safety device when reaching a predetermined propellant pressure while maintaining a function of smoothbore ammunition. SOLUTION: A changeover piston 6 of this gas pressure switch 1 is held inside a housing of the switch by a safety pin 7. When propellant burns and when reaching a predetermined piston force, the changeover piston 6 is released by shearing of the safety pin 7 to form contact between two contact pins 5. Before one changeover process, the gas pressure switch is electrically opened until the predetermined pressure. The switch is closed within 15 ms after pressure supply, and the switch remains in the closed position until the ignition of the explosive charged propellant. The changeover piston is surrounded by a deformable membrane 8 connected to the switch housing, and the membrane secures the changeover piston in a contact position with the contact pins 5 in a complementary shape after the severing of the safety pin. SOLUTION: For example, a proper coating material including chrome is stuck to a coating damage and/or corrosion damage area 3 existing on an inside surface of the gun barrel 1 by buildup welding. Postprocessing is mechanically performed when necessary. Buildup is performed by a laser buildup welding or plasma buildup welding of a buildup welding laser. The temperature is adjusted so that thermally influenced zone in a wall of the gun barrel becomes 1 mm or less at the maximum.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gun barrel arms avoiding approximately a stroke effect of the gun barrel, dispensing with a guide slot in a cradle tube, and slidably journaled in the cradle tube capable of replacing the gun barrel.
SOLUTION: The gun barrel (2) is journaled to first and second slide bush bearings arranged on the ends on the muzzle side and the rear body side of the cradle tube (3). The first slide bush bearing is constituted without the stroke effect and has a tube bush (7), and the outside face (8) of the tube bush is journaled movably by sliding in the cradle tube. Each tube bush has inside four groove-shaped recessed parts (9) distributed and arranged uniformly in the circumferential direction. Four strip-shaped projections (10) are arranged on the gun barrel, and the projections are inserted into the groove-shaped recessed parts on the tube bush. Plays for absorbing extension of the gun barrel generated at the firing time are provided between the outside surface (11) coupled with the gun barrel in a complementary shape and the inside surface (12) of the tube bush, and between a strip head (13) and the inside surface (14) of the groove-shaped recessed parts.
