SOLUTION: An isocyanate component and a polyol component are metered and fed into a mixing chamber, both are admixed to form a polyurethane reaction admixture, and the obtained polyurethane reaction admixture is introduced into a cavity of a mold. In the cavity, the reaction admixture is loaded with a high pressure sufficient to close the defect occurring by the reactive shrinkage and/or the thermal shrinkage and/or the air pocket by means of a pressure medium. The pressure medium is introduced into at least one overflow cavity and/or runner.

The method comprises the steps of mixing the foam flakes with a binder, swiveling at least one of the box mold side walls outwards so that the cross-sectional area of the box mold increases from a base section upwards, introducing the foam flakes into the box mold, adjusting the mold side wall so that the cross-sectional area of the box mold is constant over its height, compressing the foam flakes by dropping the plunger thereby bonding the foam flakes together, and removing the foam block from the mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polyurethane molded product by which a position of an disorder occurrence and its extent can be evaluated when a pressure rises and the metering line of components shuts down.
SOLUTION: A polyurethane molded product containing foam or a dense molded product is manufactured by conveying at least one kind of isocyanate component and at least one kind of polyol component into a mixing chamber through each component line with the metering distribution system by a metering device and forming a polyurethane reaction mixture. After that, the polyurethane reaction mixture is transferred from the mixing chamber into a mold. Each component pressure value is recorded by a pressure transducer installed in the component lines and transferred to a monitoring device. The pressure profile at that time is compared with the reference pressure value recorded in the monitoring device. In the case at least one measured pressure profile fluctuates from the reference pressure profile by exceeding a designated allowable threshold, a disorder signal is outputted.
