The metal plates K1, K2 are arranged with plate surface thereof oriented to a tooth surface of each tooth 42A, 64. Each teeth 42A, 64 meshing each other are supported by the metal plates K1, K2. Consequently, a support structure inhibiting creep deformation is provided.
