    • PURPOSE: To provide a stable synchronous durability for a long period of time by a method wherein a circumferential threaded groove and an axial groove crossing with the threaded groove are arranged in a resin forming layer of synchronous ring.
      CONSTITUTION: A synchronous ring is formed by an annular main body 1 and a resin forming layer 2, a circumferential threaded groove 21 and an axial groove 23 crossing with the threaded groove 21 are arranged in the resin forming layer 2 and a pitch P of the threaded groove 21 is in a range 0.5W2.0mm. Thereby, a discharging of lubricant oil is improved and also a wide top land width enables a minute resilient deformation to be performed and further a surface formation is decreased. Therefore, even if the contacted condition with the cooperating conical surface of gear is less, a superior frictional characteristics is provided and a stable synchronous durability can be attained for a long period of time.

    • PURPOSE:To accomplish the curtailmemt of the width of a coupling sleeve by interposing a special spring member in place of an insert key interposed by a coupling sleeve and a synchronous hub in a Wayner type synchronous gearing device. CONSTITUTION:Transmission gears 11 and 11 are supported on a main shaft 10 through bearings 12 and 12, and a synchronous hub 14 is spline-coupled to the main shaft 10. On both sides of the synchronous hub 14 there are arranged balk rings 15 and 15, and a coupling sleeve 16 is fitted in the spline on the outer periphery of the hub 14. Cutout parts are provided at three positions at the end surfaces on both sides of the synchronous hub 14, and spline teeth of the balk ring 15 are faced therewith. Spring inserting grooves 18 are formed at the central positions in the peripheral direction of these cutout parts, and insert springs 19 are fitted in the grooves 18. The spring 19 is formed by bending a plate spring in a substantially S-shape, and mounted on the sleeve 16 by means of upper and lower engaging parts 19a and 19b at both ends of the spring 19.
