CONSTITUTION:A pair of bilateral vertical webs 2, 2 are erected on a horizontal lower flange, and horizontal upper flanges 3 extended along the axis of member are provided at the upper parts of the respective webs 2, as well as the relative upper flanges 3, 3 are connected at several parts by horizontal connecting pieces 3'. Simultaneously with the concrete cast-in time of a concrete slab B, concrete is cast into a part surrounded by the horizontal lower flange 1 and the pair of vertical webs 2, 2 in a thus formed beam steel frame A so as to integrate the concrete slab B and beam steel frame A. rigidity on the compressed side at the time of negative bending moment acting upon a beam member is thereby increased to prevent the lateral buckling of the lower flange.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent charging concrete and bonding motar-concrete from being heated by high temperature by charging concrete in a metal pipe, and installing an adiabator in the inner part of an end part extending over setting length at the joining side out of the metal pipe. CONSTITUTION:At time of joining a precast steel pipe concrete pole 1 filled up with concrete 3 in a rectangular sectional steep pipe 2, first a connecting guide pipe 4 is installed there. Next, connecting mortar 5 is filled up in space between an upper surface of the concrete 3 of the lower concrete pole 1 and a lower surface of the concrete 3 of an upper concrete 1, and butting end face themselves of the steel pipe 2 are welded together. In addition, an adiabator 6 is installed inside a end part 2A extending over setting length L at the joining side. In this connection, high temperature is generated at time of welding in a welding process, but since any deterioration due to heat by checking such a possibility that high temperature might be transferred to the concrete 3 and the bonding mortar through the connecting guide pipe lowing to the adiabator 6.
