摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inhibition of heat build-up of resin by making front shape of a orthogonal section of a transmission part screw flight into a right angle and rear shape into a curved surface. SOLUTION: A screw flight 2B of a screw 2A in a transmission part has front shape of a right-angled face L on the orthogonal section with respect to the screw flight 2B direction, and rear shape of curved face. Each of the screw flights 2B is separated axially for increasing a gap of an intermeshed part 2C between each screw 2A. As a result, resin is extruded through a front face of the screw flight 2B and moved toward downstream side. Since a large gap is formed between the front face L of one screw flight 2B and a rear face R, of the other screw flight 2B, heat build-up of resin in a transmission area is inhibited.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reutilization of even a molding loss material by interally molding the respective parts of a hollow molded product by using material qualities corresponding to uses by gradually changing a first resin material along a boundary surface to connect a second resin material different therefrom. SOLUTION: In order to extrude the parison P10 corresponding to the part P10 composed of HD-PE of a pipe, a valve 9 is opened to operate a first extruder 3 and a valve 10 is closed to stop a second extruder 4. When the parison P10 is extruded by the length l10 corresponding to the L10 part of the P10 part of a product P, a control means 11 closes the valve p to stop the first extruder 3 and the valve 10 is opened to operate the second extruder 4. By this constitution, the material of the extruded parison (p) is changed over to LD-PE corresponding to the bellows part P2 of the pipe P. In this case, since shutoff valves 9, 10 are separated from an extrusion part 6d, the extruded material is gradually changed over and the boundary surface thereof is obliquely formed with respect to an extrusion direction.
