    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain parts having characteristics equal to those by a COBAPRESS method in a short time at a low cost by taking out a premolding of Al or an Al base alloy at a specified temp. from a mold, executing natural aging in a furnace, next subjecting it to impact forging by split dies and thereafter executing cooling. SOLUTION: Al or an Al base alloy is cast at about 250 to 500 deg.C and is taken out from a mold. The obtd. premolding in a heated state is moved into a furnace and is subjected to natural aging at the natural aging temp. of the structural material thereof, e.g. at about 540 deg.C in the case of Al. At this time, preferably, as the furnace, a tunnel furnace is used, and the heat homogenizing time is changed in accordance with the desired mechanical properties. Next, this premolding finished with the treatment at the natural aging temp. is moved into a die in which cavities with dimentions slightly smaller than those of the mold are prescribed, stress is applied to two split dies, and impact forging/die forging are executed. The obtd. surface-roughened casting is subjected to additional natural aging as well according to need, is thereafter cooled by a room temp. cooling, accelerated cooling or quench hardening method and is finally subjected to annealing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove chips adhered to a work by forming a washing plate into an oblique roof form, and obliquely providing, on the washing plate, a discharge port of wash water with an oblique inclination toward the position where many chips are left of the work. SOLUTION: The chips by spot facing accumulated in the the recessed parts of a cylinder head W is removed by a wash water discharged from each discharge port 7 on an upper surface 2, and the chips left in this part are removed as it is scraped by the wash water obliquely blown to the lower surface center part of the cylinder head W through discharge ports 8 provided on both sides thereof. The chip removed from the lower surface of the cylinder head W are washed away by the upper surface 2 inclined in a roof form of a washing plate 1 without being left on the plate 1. At this time, the chips penetrated into the discharge ports 8 provided on the inclined surface part are also discharged downward by the wash water is charged from their large hole diameters without being left in this part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a burr removing device of the cut burr developed at slab edges in the result of a torch cutting off of a strand in a continuous casting equipment. SOLUTION: In the burr removing device of the cutting-off burr 1 developed at the slab edges in the result of the torch cuttingoff of the strand 2, a burr removing body 3 supports a burr removing piston 4 and the burr removing piston pushes the slab 2 with comressed air containing lubricator and the burr removing piston itself is formed as a burr removing cap 6 or chiesel simply changeable. A burr removing tool has cutting edges 8 at the front side and the rear side and the rotation of the burr removing piston can be executed with the chip surface 10 extended downward and the side surface extended downward or stopped. The shape of the burr removing piston in the cutting edge range is formed as round shape in the working direction and diagonally cut or combined with the round shape, diagonally cutting and straight line, and the cutting edge is cooled or lubricated with the invasion of the air near the burr removing piston.
