摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a dehydrator which is provided with a dehydration screen having sufficient strength for the material to be dehydrated being mixed with impurities and is capable of exhibiting strong dehydration effect. CONSTITUTION:A first and second dehydrators 2, 3 are constituted of a pair of right and left chains 6 wound respectively between sprockets 4, 5 of the front and rear parts, a plurality of reinforcing frames connected between both chains 6 and a plurality of screen plates 8 made of steel which are fitted to the respective reinforcing frames and formed into a band shape. Both dehydrators 2, 3 are provided side by side in a mutually circumscribed state. Dehydration space parts 18 are formed between the opposite respective screen plates 8. Sealing materials 24 for sealing both sides of the dehydration space parts 18 are provided in the screen plate 8 of the first dehydrator 2 side. Thereby, the screen plates 8 are not broken even when strong compressive dehydration is performed because strength of the screen plates 8 is enhanced. Since the material to be dehydrated is prevented from being leaked through both sides of the dehydration space parts 18, dehydration efficiency is made good.

摘要： PURPOSE:To separate sand and water by a method wherein the buckets connected to an endless chain are dipped in a water tank to receive sand and water in the buckets and floated to allow water to fall under vibration and sand is let fall by the reversal of the buckets. CONSTITUTION:The endless trained-over transmission member 9 trained over at least a pair of transmission wheels 4, 7, 8 and having a large number of buckets 10 connected thereto is driven. In the first process, the buckets 10 are dipped in a water tank 2 from the atmosphere to receive sand and water stored in the water tank 2 in the buckets 10. In the second process, the buckets 10 are floated to the atmosphere from the water tank 2 and vibrated by a vibration generator 20 to allow the water received in the buckets 10 to fall. In the third process, the buckets 10 are reversed to allow the sand received in the buckets 10 to fall. As a result, sand and water can be suitably separated and separation work can be fully automated.
