摘要： PURPOSE:A stick of incense especially as a mosquito-repellent incense, evolving smoke slightly, having low stimulating smell, eye irritation, and acridity, obtained by blending a raw material for incense with one or more of dried powder of the crust of Theobroma cocao, powder of leaves of Cinnamomun cassia, and powder of extracted residue of Artemisia dracunculus L., which are obtained inexpensively as a flame supporting agent. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for incense is blended with one or more of dried powder of the crust of Theoberoma cocao, powder of leaves of Cinnamomun cassia, and powder of extracted residue of Artemisia dracunculus L., to give incense. The amount of the powder blended in the incense is 1-80wt%., preferably 5-40wt%, and its particle size is preferably such a degree as to pass through 60 mesh. The insence may be blended with a pyrethroid insecticide, repellent, perfume, antifungal agent, dyestuff, etc. as active ingredients. The treatment of the powder as the residue or by-product has been regarded as a difficult problem, so it can obtained inexpensively and stably.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled insecticide which can be used safely without restriction of the fumigating place, preventing the thermal decomposition of pyrethroid during fumigation, by packaging expanded vermiculite adsorbed with pyrethroid and an oxidation-type chemical heat-generating material with a particular packaging material. CONSTITUTION:Expanded vermiculite is adsorbed with pyrethroid harmless to man and animals and having high insecticidal effect and knockdown, and double- packaged together with an oxidation-type chemical heat-generating material as a heater. The inner packaging material is a gas-permeable material, preferably Japanese paper, etc., and the outer packaging material is an impermeable material, preferably aluminum foil, etc. The outer packaging material is teared off in use to expose the inner packaging material to air and to make the contained heat-generating material, etc. with oxygen, thereby effecting the fumigation of the pyrethroid. The oxidation-type chemical heat-generating material is composed of the first agent consisting of a metal such as Fe and Al or a compound containing said metal such as iron oxide, and the second agent consisting of an alkali metal sulfide, etc. USE:A body warmer, food-heating material, etc.
