SOLUTION: An entrance gate device 2 stores, in an entrance management database 12, an image of new visitor photographed by a photographing device 22 at new entrance. A re-entrance gate device 4 compares an image of revisitor photographed by a photographing device 42 at re-entrance with each image of new visitors in the entrance management database 12 and decides whether the revisitor is identical to the new visitor.
