SOLUTION: This cover cap is constituted in such a way that a miniature screw 3 fitted into a bottom part of the wrench insertion hole owing to its plane shape and a ring type cross section deformation fastener 2 mounted on a shaft of the miniature screw and formed by an elastic material adhere closely to an internal wall of the wrench insertion hole 5 by screwing a shaft part of the miniature screw 3 into a mushroom type bolt 1 provided with the umbrella-shaped cover cap to compress upper and lower parts of the ring type cross section deformation fastener 2 and extend the fastener 2 in the circumferential direction so that the mushroom type bolt 1 is crowned on the wrench insertion hole of the socket head bolt by its friction force.
