    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the operational force to guide vanes to be distributed to respective electrically driven surbo-motors by providing a synchronous control circuit for the purpose of synchronizing and actuating plural electrically driven surbo-motors independently connected to a guide ring connected to guide vanes via link mechanisms, in the control circuit of the motor. SOLUTION: Electrically driven surbo-motors 4, 5 are independently connected to a guide ring 3 connected to guide vanes 1 via link mechanisms and those operational state detection signals 6, 7, namely, the armature current and rotational speed signals of the rotors of electrically driven surbo-motors 4, 5 are fed in a control circuit 10 and simultaneously fed in a synchronous control circuit 8. In the synchronous control circuit 8, a deviation between the armature current and the rotational speed of a rotor of the electrically driven surbo- motors 4, 5 is found out, and a corrective signal 9 necessary for eliminating this deviation is outputted to the control circuit 10. And control signals 11, 12 of the electrically driven surbo-motors 4, 5 added with the corrective signal 9 is outputted by means of the control circuit 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an increase in rotational speed, upon the interruption of a load, and properly maintain the strength and safety of a rotating part by adjusting the closing speed of a guide vane so as to correspond to a condition for water pressure and a load in a casing. SOLUTION: A speed setting unit 10 performs a subtraction process regarding an output signal and a signal detected with a speed detector, and a PID commuting element 14 receives a signal for a deviation from the output signal ▵p of a steady state speed drop rate outputting element 18, thereby outputting a proper servo motor opening degree instruction value. Also. water pressure in a casing downstream of an inlet valve is detected and the value of the water pressure is inputted to an output control characteristic computing element 40, together with an output from an opening degree detector 28. Thereafter, output calculated with the output control characteristic computing element 40 is inputted to an opening degree adjusting element 20. At the same time, adjustment is made so that the closing speed of the guide vane is kept high when a measured water pressure value is lower than a maximum water pressure value at the high pressure side. Thus, an increase in the rotational speed of a hydraulic turbine can be restrained at a low level.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly reach a target running state even when a guide vane fails at the time of starting by measuring a guide vane opening degree and opening the guide vane after correcting an opening degree operation amount based on a difference between a target guide vane opening degree and an actual guide vane opening degree. SOLUTION: When a starting instruction is issued from a main machine, first water is supplied up to the upstream side of a guide vane. Then, a pressure equivalent to a target guide vane opening degree is applied to a servo motor and the guide vane is opened by a hydraulic cylinder. At this time, a measurement rotational speed detected by a rotational speed detecting means 12 is compared with a target rotational speed and a guide vane opening degree operation amount proportional to its difference is calculated by a calculating means 13. A difference is also calculated between a measured guide vane opening degree measured by a guide vane opening degree measuring means 14 and the target guide vane opening degree, a guide vane opening degree operation amount is corrected by a guide vane opening degree operation amount correcting means 15 based on the difference and a guide vane opening/closing mechanism 16 is controlled based on the corrected value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate setting of starting opening and adjusting work and to smoothly start a hydraulic turbine at stable rotational rising speed even when head, etc., change. SOLUTION: At the time of starting a hydraulic turbine, it is started while controlling rotational rising speed of the hydraulic turbine by a speed governor from the start without previously setting starting opening of a water nozzle part of the hydraulic turbine.
