The threading frame 26 is formed by bending a prescribed length of a steel wire 20 such as a piano wire into a rhomboid or by curving a synthetic resin linear material 20 into a loop, the threading frame 26 is formed in the central part of the wire 20, and the stack base part 12 is formed in both ends 21, 21. The base 22 is inserted and arranged in the bottomed hole of the needle main body 10 so as to be fixed by a joint material 30 such as soldering and an adhesive. If such a threading frame 26 is provided, the threading can be facilitated irrelevant to the thickness of the hand sewing needle and thread.
