摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer system which effectively prevents a fluid from being kept discharged outside or scattered even when a transfer pipe gets corroded or broken.
SOLUTION: The fluid transfer system feeds the fluid reserved in a main tank provided in the underground or downstairs in a building to a sub tank provided on the rooftop and carrying the fluid in the sub tank to loads in the building. The system includes a flow sensor provided on the transfer pipe connecting between the sub tank and the loads for detecting a flow rate of the fluid flowing in the pipe, a valve provided on the transfer pipe for connecting between the sub tank and the loads for activating to shut the flow of the fluid in the pipe, and a control means for controlling the valve to shut the flow of the fluid in the pipe when occurrence of abnormality on the flow of the fluid in the pipe is determined based on an activation signal from the loads, a flow rate signal from the sensor, and a pre-stored reference fluid used quantity during the use of the loads.

SOLUTION: In order to improve efficiency of the meter system, this method is provided with a step for changing a fluid flow diagram in a part thereof to practically accelerate or decelerate velocity of a motor during a certain period of a meter cycle. A variable velocity pump for generating a velocity diagram having a sine wave can reduce flow-in by accelerating the pump motor velocity to accelerate the measuring and distributing velocity when starting and concluding a measuring and distributing step, and can generate a constant velocity flow by using the improved measuring and supply quantity accuracy or a motor velocity diagram inverted in relation to the motor velocity diagram of the variable velocity pump. A lower end 32 of the liquid guide 30 is placed lower than the lowest level L. The liquid guide 30 receives the liquid material conducted through the pipe 26, and guides the liquid to the lower end 32.
