The event company 18 accesses the server 15a and inquires about the ID data; if the server 15a stores the data indicating that the user 20 utilizes the railroad on the same date, the server 15a sends the data to the event company 18; and if it determines that the user 20 has utilized the railroad for visiting the event hall, a fare corresponding to utilization of the railroad is reimbursed to the user 20.
